Steven has over 20 years experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. As the owner of “1-800-Construction, Inc”, a General Contracting Company, Steven has been on the front line of providing his clients superior service, and has been rewarded with exceptional client satisfaction. With his years of experience in the business, Steven has decided to open the doors and share his experience by passing his State Real Estate exams in August of 2014.

Steven owns a number of other companies and has a dedicated team striving on a daily basis to make our client’s experiences memorable. Steven recently started two new branded that will launch September 2017:

  1. 1-800-GetBasement.com – a company dedicated to the service of basement related construction projects
  2. 1-800-Flatscreens – a company dedicated to the service and installation of flatscreen t.v., products and custom theaters.

Steven specializes in homes that need work. With his trained eye, he can see through the the dirt and grime of older homes and help client see the potential the lies beneath. Utilizing the 203k renovations loan programs, Steven has specialized mortgage broker who can get qualified clients construction funding to purchase a property and funding to make those visions come true.
